Pollock is one of the inexpensive fish that everyone can afford, so so many options for dishes have already been invented from it that you can make a varied menu for a whole week, if not a month.
Today we will implement a very simple, and therefore the most delicious recipe. The combination of fish, potatoes and carrots with onions will give an excellent result. Among other things, you can make changes to the recipe, for example, add sour cream or cheese sauce in the process, add various vegetables - zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes, or use additional spices and spices. You can serve pollock with potatoes to the table in addition to fresh vegetables or pickles. Well, let's get started!
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Pollock (fillet) - 280 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Water - 70 ml
Spices to taste
Process description:
Prepare all products from the ingredient list. Buy a pollock carcass and clean it yourself from skin and bones. Choose a variety of potatoes specifically for baking, this one cooks quickly, so it will be equal in time to cooking fish.
Peel vegetables: carrots, onions, potatoes. Wash and dry. Turn on and warm up the oven in parallel, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Cut the onion into quarters of rings.
Carrots can be grated, but it is better to cut them into small cubes. You can also make curly cuts.
Cut the potato tubers into medium-sized segments.
Also cut the pollock fillet in portions.
Prepare a heat-resistant container, oil it and transfer the vegetables, stirring them with your hands. Season with salt and spices to taste.
Put pieces of pollock on top of the vegetables, pour some water into the mold and seal with foil. Bake the dish for 25-30 minutes.
After the indicated time, serve the baked pollock with potatoes to the table, you can season it with a spoonful of thick tasty sour cream.
