I'm making delicious chocolate butter at home now! As in childhood! Everything tasted much better then, even the chocolate butter.
I showed everything very briefly and told in the video (less than a minute):
First you need to melt the chocolate. This can be done in different ways. The easiest way is to put it in the microwave and wait a couple of minutes. But you can also use a water bath, of course.
I stir with a spoon.
You need to take the butter tasty and of high quality (it is clear that the taste of the dessert depends on it), I let it stand on the table for a while to soften. I add powdered sugar and cocoa to the butter. I stir it. Then I send melted chocolate here.
It is important that the chocolate is not hot!
Mix well again and put the butter in a mold covered with cling film.
Everything! I transfer it to a plate, I remove the film and you can spread it on a bun))
Recipe:
• Butter (namely butter, tasty and high quality!) - 200 g
• Chocolate - 25 g (I always add dark chocolate)
• Cocoa - 2 tbsp.
• Powdered sugar - 80 g
