Hot and you don't want to stand at the stove for a long time? Then this recipe is for you! I am sharing with you a very tasty and quick recipe for making young cabbage. Right now is the season and young cabbage is cheap. This dish can be served as a side dish when it cools down - as a salad or even as a separate dish! I love this cabbage, it turns out to be very tasty.

I cut the onion into small cubes.
I clean the bell peppers from the seeds and cut them into cubes.
I chop the young cabbage. I do it very quickly and easily. I take half of the swing and cut it lengthwise into strips, and then turn and cut.
These are the "squares" of cabbage. Very comfortably!
I chop the parsley quite coarsely.
I heat up a frying pan with sunflower (olive) oil, add onion and pepper. Fry for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Add cabbage to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Now I mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with 3 tablespoons of water and add to the cabbage. Pepper, stir. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Then I add the parsley, stir, cook for another 1 minute and turn it off.
That's it, delicious cabbage is ready, bon appetit!

Young cabbage - 400 gr.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece. (100 gr.)
Onions - 1 piece. (100 gr.)
Water - 3 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
