Ingredients:

Chanterelles
Sour cream
Cream
Cheese
Onion
Salt
Butter

Preparation:

We need 350-400 grams of chanterelles. Throw the mushrooms into boiling salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Finely chop 1 onion and fry in a pan in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Then add the welded chanterelles. We fry for 5 minutes.

At this time, prepare the sauce. Mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is thick, add a little water and stir until smooth.

Now we take a baking dish, lay out the chanterelles with onions, fill with sour cream sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
