Sauerkraut (a fermented product) is good because it contains both probiotics and prebiotics (two in one).
Probiotics are bacteria useful for us, and prebiotics are food for these bacteria (if the microcosm is in order, then the metabolism is good).
And algae are rich in iodine, which is so necessary for the proper functioning of our thyroid gland (if we get iodine with food, then stress resistance to external circumstances increases significantly).
Vegetarians often replace meat with seaweed for lunch, because they are quite satisfying (with Laminaria, Nori and others). We periodically make ourselves such a delicious cabbage-seaweed salad.
Ingredients:
1. Sauerkraut - plate
2. Seaweed "Nori" - 3 plates
3. Sweet red pepper - a third of a teaspoon
4. Ginger powder - pinch
5. Lemon - 1 wedge
6. Garlic - 1-2 ccbtsa
7. Black pepper pinch
Preparation
We take the cabbage, put it on a plate, pluck the algae (if they are in plates), add finely chopped garlic, pepper, add ginger (a natural flavor enhancer), squeeze out the lemon juice.
The seaweed lends such a delicious taste and smell to this rather mundane cabbage dish it's hard to resist!
We stir and the tasty and healthy salad is ready (we do not salt, because the sauerkraut is already salted, but you can salt it with good salt or the same Laminaria algae powder, it gives a salty taste).
Bon appetit, dear friends! Good health to all of us.
