The only thing that should not be forgotten when preparing pasta is that they are served exclusively hot, especially when hard cheese is present in the ingredients. In general, the dish is prepared very simply, the main thing is desire and some free time.

Ingredients:
Nest pasta - 250 g.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Minced meat - 200 g.
Hard cheese - 70 g.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by step recipe:
We will prepare the products according to the list for the recipe. Minced meat can be purchased from the store or made on your own by passing a suitable piece of meat (I have pork pulp) through a meat grinder.
Peel the onion head and cut into small cubes. Then in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil, fry it until golden brown, stirring occasionally so as not to burn. Add minced meat to the onion.
Fry it until tender, about 5-7 minutes, carefully breaking large pieces with a wooden spatula. Season the meat filling with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the pan from heat and let cool slightly.
Meanwhile, boil a little water in a saucepan, add salt and add the pasta. Boil them over low heat for 5 minutes.
Then very carefully, using a slotted spoon, take out the "nests" and put them in a heat-resistant form.
Put 1 tablespoon in each recess. meat filling.
Cut the tomato into thin slices, add salt and place on top of the meat, one for each "nest".
Sprinkle the dish generously with grated cheese.
Let's send the form into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should be completely melted and golden brown.
