Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment50kg.

We are not able to relax at home. Again we -That where necessary, that we-you always want.

So today decided to go to the forest to see mushrooms in the morning. We got up early, but at least not at 4 am, as it were, when the day went for mushrooms. Today I was allowed to sleep until 6 in the morning, have breakfast, and then to go into the forest. All the same the week - most at work, and retirees-pickers so far do not go as we walk (with rare exceptions).

So I have now a quick breakfast sandwich on whole grain rye homemade bread (80 g) with chicken pastrami (75 g) under the Green Tea.

Breakfast came on 300 kcal.

Hlebushek became the oven on sour milk instead of yogurt - as long as I like and not bothered.

Even the photos in a hurry turned out not very nice and not appetizing. I think you will forgive me for this?)

In a grove not met a soul. Wandering alone, and all the mushrooms were ours, and those that are not ours - we were hiding, saving themselves for someone else.

In the end, we rose early and knowingly went to the forest to gather some mushrooms, which I planned to put out to dinner with onion and part of the winter freeze.

Given that we pine forest and not very rich mushrooms - catch our excellent today. And we were not so much where some 3.5 hours and then most of the time went to the birch.

I've been in Moscow at the market asked for than boletus and aspen by weight. When she found out the price - I was in shock. 700 rubles per kilogram! It may, of course, the grandmother somewhere sell cheaply at railway stations, but I have not seen such. So today we have gathered thousands of mushrooms at 4-4.5.

In nature, and especially in the fresh forest air, I always want to eat, so went home hungry.

Green tea drunk a sandwich on whole wheat bread (25 g) with butter (10 g) and red fish (45 g) - 220 kcal. And forget the photo with the joy of a successful silent hunting to do.

Then I took mushrooms. Moved, cleaned, vymala, broth and leave to cool.

And you can have lunch. I'm always happy when May's in the fridge there, such as soup, which can be warm and feed everyone and not to cook something.

Plate (500 g) soup, cheese on the chicken breast for lunch - 190 kcal.

And for their efforts and catch the mushroom I rewarded myself a chocolate (20 g) to green tea after lunch - 110 kcal.

After dinner I had a rest, do some work on the computer.

For dinner, I had the chicken muffins with vegetables (165 grams) and 200 grams of mushrooms stewed with onion with the addition of butter and even wrung from their little potatoes.

It turned out to dinner 450 kcal.

All in all, the day I typed 1280 kcal. Saw a lot of water, there are more than 10 thousand steps, breathed the forest air.

And what a wonderful scent in the woods in the morning - just smells everything.

Tomorrow we plan to go to Moscow. And if you're lucky with the weather and freed early (it is necessary to help the parents) - we want to go back to the Exhibition Center, but in the evening when there is beautiful lighting at the fountains and buildings.

Imagine, I love the Exhibition Center, but in the summer evening there was once only and then on the light show in a -That holiday, not just for a walk. Then my husband and I decided that he would never go to any events organized for free. It was hell. Crowds of people, closed subway (scared overload and shut down next to the Exhibition Center habitats) and had to stomp a few stations on foot. In general, we will never now do not go to any such events.
