Diets didn't work, but I found a way to lose weight once and for all. I am sharing a menu on which I have lost 60 kg in 2 years.

Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

Two years ago, in May 2018, I weighed 132 kg.

All my life I have been on diets and the tougher the diet was, the faster I fell out of it and gained even more extra pounds.

But one day, I realized that I needed to look for a completely different approach to losing weight and forget about diet (about basins with carrots, cabbage), eat normally, but control your food behavior.

And I found a way that brought me to my 71-72 kg. And this is minus 60 kg in 2 years.

What is the way?

When calculating calories, controlling BJU (proteins, fats and carbohydrates), you can eat tasty, satisfying and, at the same time, lose weight without harm to health.

Nowadays, there are a lot of applications for the phone that greatly simplify the calculation of calories. There would be a desire!

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Last night I was making a cake to share the recipe with you (many have already asked me if I will have a cake recipe).

So, I cooked the cake, but I have to eat it now)

Therefore, today I have green tea and 120 g of Easter cake for breakfast.

It turned out breakfast for 365 kcal.

Eating the last piece of cake, I was already full and satiety was enough for me for a long time.

Today I decided to get confused with pies for my friends. Nice thing - cooked and free, let them carry them on the sly, eat.

While the dough stood a little, the potatoes were boiled - I had a snack.

For a snack, 65 g of orange and 30 g of peanuts, which I ate then a little bit until the evening.

Snack on 190 kcal.

I decided to share with you a recipe for quick kefir pies. Can be useful to someone.

🚨Attention! The recipe is not for losing weight !!!

It is better to put the pies in a saucepan and cover with a lid or towel.

Well, for lunch I had a vinaigrette (200 g) and fish cakes fried on an electric grill (160 g).

It turned out lunch for 320 kcal.

After lunch, I sketched this article, fiddled with the design of the cake recipe. And so I wanted pies too... That I went and... made myself pita bread with an egg and green onions. Deliciousness and KBZhU are not as scary as ordinary pies.

Yes, and you don't really need to cook anything, boiled an egg, chopped the onion, wrapped the filling in pita bread and fried it in a dry frying pan. I already told you similar recipe.

Dinner - three pies in pita bread (50 g) with egg (110 g) and green onions - 350 kcal.

And already at our traditional board games I dabbled in squash caviar (60 g) with rye bread (10 g) - 100 kcal.

And my "disregard" - again caught a few dates, about 100 kcal.

As a result, it turned out in a day - 1400 kcal.

Today I drank poorly water, but a lot of green tea.
