Pumpkin is an excellent filling for a miracle. It can be made sweet, salty, or spicy. Today we are preparing a miracle with pumpkin and herbs, for a richer aroma and taste we add onions and garlic. All filling ingredients are fried until soft in oil. Miracle turns out to be very juicy, bright and tasty.
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 300 gr.
- Water - 150 gr.
- Pumpkin - 200 gr.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Butter - 40 gr.
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp.
- Parsley - 10 gr.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Prepare foods from the list.
Sift the flour through a sieve, mix with salt. Pour in warm water as needed.
First stir the mixture with a spoon, then knead the thick dough with your hands. It should not stick, but be soft, but dense. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, wrapped in cling film.
In the meantime, get busy creating the filling. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the pumpkin pulp on a coarse grater. Place the shredder on the oily surface of a preheated skillet.
Saute the mixture over medium heat until soft, for 5 minutes. Add chopped garlic to the end of frying, stir. Remove from heat, let cool completely.
Chop the parsley, combine with the pumpkin mixture. Stir, season with salt and pepper.
Divide the dough into about 6 equal parts. Roll each into the thinnest possible round.
On one side of the dough layer, place the pumpkin filling in a volume of about 2 tablespoons.
Cover the filling with the other side of the layer. Press the edges well with your fingers, cut off uneven areas with a special dough knife. In this way, form other products as well.
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat, lay the workpieces.
Fry them alternately on both sides until golden brown.
While miraculously still hot, grease their surface with butter.
Now you can serve it to the table.
