Let's cook stuffed zucchini in the oven today - it's tasty, satisfying, simple and quick. The dish turns out to be complete, nutritious. You can stuff zucchini with anything, the choice is always yours. The meat filling will be the most satisfying - you can use not only pork, but also beef, chicken, turkey.

Ingredients:

Pork - 250 g

Zucchini - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Tomatoes - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - ½ pc.

Sour cream - 1 tbsp.

Hard cheese - 60 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Take pork with layers of fat or lean. You can immediately turn on and warm up the oven well, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

2. Rinse a piece of meat under cool water, dry and chop randomly. Peel a few cloves of garlic.

3. Transfer the meat and garlic to a blender bowl and chop until smooth. The result is minced meat, which must be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. We use our favorite spices if desired.

4. Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut in half, scrape out the inside with a sharp tip of a teaspoon.

5. Fill the boats with minced meat. Grease a little sour cream on top.

6. Peel and rinse the onion, cut into thin slices. Spread them over the meat filling.

7. Wash and dry fresh juicy tomato, cut into slices. Spread them over the onion.

8. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and cover the tomatoes with it. You can additionally grind everything with salt and pepper. Transfer the zucchini to an oiled dish and place in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

9. After cooking, immediately serve the baked zucchini with minced meat to the table.
