Chicken breast with pasta is a complete, satisfying and nutritious dish. You can safely serve for lunch with fresh vegetables and herbs in order to saturate the body with the necessary substances and give it strength. Today's recipe should appeal to many, because pasta and chicken go well with each other.
Always choose pasta from durum wheat - they are much healthier and tastier than ordinary ones. The shape of the pasta does not really matter - spirals, bows, spaghetti, etc. It is better to marinate the meat beforehand so that it is juicy. For the marinade, you can take your favorite spices and herbs, sauces.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 250 g
Pasta - 120 g
Hard cheese - 60 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Soy sauce - 30 ml
Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Honey - 0.5 tsp.
Chicken spices - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Butter - 15 g
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.
2. Bring clean water to a boil on the stove, add a little salt and add a serving of pasta. Cook according to the instructions on the package, after a while drain the water, add a piece of butter and stir.
3. Rinse and dry the chicken breast. For the marinade, combine the spices in a bowl with soy sauce, butter, honey and ketchup. Remove sample, adjust taste. Transfer the fillet to the marinade and leave to marinate for half an hour, or it is better to do this in advance so that it settles overnight.
4. It is best to cook chicken breast in a dry non-stick skillet. So, warm it up and transfer the meat.
5. Fry the breast on both sides until lightly golden brown.
6. Transfer the meat to a heat-resistant form, pour the rest of the marinade on top, and then send it to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve the cooked breast with pasta, grind with hard cheese.
