Baked turkey with vegetables will appeal to all people who prefer a healthy diet. Dishes that are simple and quick to prepare deserve close attention. In addition to the turkey itself, as is already clear from the name of the recipe, I suggest taking some mushrooms, young zucchini, peppers, onions and carrots. Together, the ingredients will give just great results. The dish can be served both for lunch and dinner. If desired, you can add vegetables of your own to the recipe, you can also use your favorite spices and herbs.
Ingredients:
Turkey fillet - 250 g
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Champignons - 100 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Young zucchini - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Garlic - 1 clove
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.
2. Wash the mushrooms, dry, clean the caps. Cut the mushrooms in half or leave them whole if they are small. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into strips. In parallel, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
3. Take any heat-resistant form, grease with vegetable oil. Put mushrooms and onions into it at once. Peel and wash medium-sized carrots, cut into slices or slices / sticks. Place on top of the mushrooms.
4. Next, prepare the bell pepper - you can take it in different colors so that the dish ultimately turns out to be more colorful. Peel the vegetable from seeds and remove the white partitions, cut and send to the form.
5. Rinse the zucchini and cut into small pieces. Transfer to form. Sprinkle vegetables lightly with salt and ground pepper if desired.
6. Rinse the turkey fillet, cut into small pieces, you can also add finely chopped garlic. Spread the meat on top of the vegetables. Seal the form with foil, bake for 20 minutes in this form, then print the foil and mix everything. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
7. Arrange the finished dish on plates and serve.
