Boiled egg appetizer on the festive table

Chicken eggs are probably always on the shelves of any refrigerator. From them you can cook your own breakfast, lunch or dinner in a matter of seconds. You can also make a large number of all kinds of salads and snacks from chicken eggs, which can be safely served on the festive table.

Today I offer you one of my favorite recipes. In addition to the eggs themselves, the appetizer will include a combination of processed and curd cheese, a little garlic and mayonnaise. To make it look pretty, I suggest boiling the eggs and then stuffing them.

Ingredients:

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

Processed cheese - ½ pc.

Curd cheese - 80 g

Garlic - 1 clove

Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. It is better to use homemade mayonnaise, but you can buy a good proven option in the store.

2. Wash chicken eggs well under the tap with cool water, dry. Transfer to a saucepan and cover with water, throw in a spoonful of table salt. Send to the stove. From the moment they boil, cook them for 8-10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water. Cool eggs and peel. Cut into two halves.

3. Remove the yolk from each half. Leave the proteins aside.

4. Transfer the chicken yolks to the bowl of a kitchen blender and add the melted and curd cheese.

5. Add some mayonnaise. Pre-peel the chives, rinse. Grate on a fine grater and add to the bowl. Season everything with salt and ground black pepper.

6. Grind the ingredients at high power into a homogeneous creamy mass, then take a sample and, if necessary, adjust the taste.

7. Transfer the cream to a clean bag or special cooking syringe. Fill the protein halves with the prepared filling and garnish with dill sprigs.

8. An appetizer of eggs stuffed with cheese and garlic can be served immediately.
