An excellent option not only for breakfast, but also for lunch, a snack is an omelet with vegetables. This is a fairly popular dish in many countries, it has different names, and it is prepared with all kinds of fillings. It is the omelet that is the favorite breakfast in almost every second family. Today I suggest you try the simplest version of it. If you wish, you can always slightly modify the recipe, add vegetables from yourself, herbs and other products.
Serve such a delicious dish to the table with ruddy toast, you can add tomatoes or fresh cucumbers. In any case, even just an omelet and a cup of coffee is a great start to the day!
Ingredients:
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Milk - 60 ml
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic, paprika - ¼ tsp each.
Tomatoes - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - ½ pc.
Zucchini - ½ pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Hard cheese - 50 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Choose a small zucchini, always young, with a thin delicate rind.
2. Wash the zucchini and dry, cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and rinse, chop it into cubes too.
3. Peel sweet peppers from seeds and remove all partitions. Wash and dry the tomatoes, peel them off. Chop vegetables finely.
4. Take a deep bowl and beat a couple of chicken eggs into it. Pour in milk.
5. Add spices to taste. Be sure to add salt, pepper, a little dry garlic and you can throw paprika. Stir everything gently, not with very active movements.
6. Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan, transfer vegetables into it and fry them for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, add finely chopped garlic clove in the process.
7. Pour the steamed vegetables with the omelet mixture.
8. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on the dish.
9. Cover the pan with a lid and make a small fire. Cook the omelet for about 12-15 minutes.
It is better to serve it hot, in the heat of the heat.
