Pork in soy sauce in a pan always turns out fragrant, spicy and bright in taste. A small set of vegetables fits harmoniously into this recipe. If you like spicy food, you can add some finely chopped chili peppers. If you prefer sweeter ones, you can add a spoonful of honey or a little sugar during cooking.
Ingredients:
Pork - 300 g
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Soy sauce - 70 ml
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Greens - optional
Salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Choose pork with a small amount of fat, you can take the lean option - chop.
2. Rinse the meat under cool water, dry with paper towels. Cut into small pieces, pre-strip from films.
3. Peel, wash and dry carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into oblong cubes, the onion into half rings or cubes - as you like. Meat and vegetables are a great combination that makes it possible to do without additional side dishes.
4. Cut the pepper in half, remove the septa, remove the seed box, then rinse and cut into strips or cubes. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the pork pieces for a few minutes, so that they just grab on top and the juices are sealed inside.
6. Add the entire vegetable set to the pan. Season with salt and pepper as desired, stir and continue to fry for a few more minutes.
7. Pour in soy sauce, stir the dish and simmer, covered for 20 minutes.
8. After a while, arrange the meat on plates. Serve it deliciously with a side dish - porridge, noodles, potatoes, etc.
