Chocolate cookie sausage. Favorite recipe from childhood

I want to share my recipe for a delicious chocolate sausage, which I associate with my childhood - this dessert was often prepared earlier, but then for some reason they stopped and forgot. But recently they remembered again and began to do it. Cook and you, I think you will like it too.

Ingredients:

biscuit
butter
vegetable oil
sugar
cocoa powder
milk

Crumble 450 g of biscuits with a rolling pin or mashed potatoes into small crumbs, like bread crumbs. We just leave some of the cookies in small pieces.

Put 250 g of butter in a saucepan, add 3-4 tablespoons of milk and put on the stove. As soon as the butter is melted, add cocoa powder - about 2 tablespoons, as well as 100-150 grams of sugar.

Cook the chocolate-butter mixture for 3-4 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.

Then we remove the mass from the stove, wait for it to cool down and become warm. We drive in one egg, add the crumbled cookies and mix everything well.

We take a regular plastic bag, we will use it as a rug. Lubricate it from above on one side with vegetable oil, spread the resulting chocolate mass and wrap the bag tightly, forming a "sausage" with my hands.

We tie a bag on each side and put it in the refrigerator to solidify. After 3-5 hours our chocolate sausage will take shape and can be tasted. Bon appetit, friends!
