Let's get acquainted with those who first came to visit me. My name is Anya, and since May 2018, on proper nutrition and, most importantly, a calorie deficit, I was able to lose 60 kg from 132 kg.
On my channel, I share my experience of losing weight, menus and recipes for dishes on which I continue to slim.
Very often you ask questions about physical activity while losing weight.
I'll tell you about my physical activity.
When I first started my journey, walking was my main physical activity. I got up early in the morning, had breakfast and walked at a brisk pace. In those days, I did not have a fitness bracelet, how many steps I walked - I can't say, but the walk lasted at least an hour and a half.
In addition, at the beginning of the journey I had a month of visits to the pool - 10 sessions. For about an hour I swam, again actively, and not hanging by the side.
In the spring and summer, I added a bicycle, again, for an hour and a half, I made circles around the neighborhood. Such trips were almost every other day.
In addition, at home I do exercises for the muscles of the legs, abs and arms. These are swings, squats, planks and exercises with a fitness tape.

Breakfast - sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (60 g) with fish paste (40 g) and cheese (40 g) with green tea.
The breakfast came out very satisfying (cheese and pate are high in calories and fat) - 490 kcal.
I thought this morning: "Why haven't I eaten for a long time?" And since yesterday I baked homemade bread, I wanted sandwiches with fresh bread. And I remembered about the fish paste that was in the stash.
I almost always have stashes of my favorite products for long-term storage - I buy for the stock for future use. The pate, by the way, was bought on your tip - thank you for sharing profitable promotions!
And also... It turns out that my husband and I at the end of autumn bought 5 packs of buckwheat and 10 kg of sugar at a very attractive price and took everything to the pantry. And safely forgot about them.
So we are in the subject, "buckwheat reserves" are available😂. The other day, they brought chips for smoking fish into the pantry (by the way, we want to go out to smoke a fish at the weekend if everything goes well) and conducted an audit in the pantry. And now they found reserves! And I was so worried that I could not buy buckwheat😉.
During work today I had a snack with a cucumber (60 g) with lightly salted fish (65 g) - 140 kcal.
In addition, I measured out 15 g of dried cranberries, 20 g of peanuts and 20 g of bitter chocolate - total 265 kcal.
And I periodically ate all this wealth with tea during the day.
Today I had to cook a pan of cheese soup for dinner, it took me 40-45 minutes. But now for several days you don't have to think about what to cook for lunch (or dinner, since we calmly eat soup for dinner as well).
Lunch - a plate of cheese soup (450 g) - 245 kcal.
For dinner, I didn't have many free calories left and I decided to limit myself to one of the simple but favorite salads: 1 chicken egg, 60 g cucumber, green tea and 30 g sour cream 10%. And I just climbed to the salad (by cbzh) - baked chicken drumstick (50 g - the weight of only meat).
It turned out to be a dinner for 230 kcal.
In total, 1370 kcal were obtained in a day.
Be sure to observe the drinking regime, I do physical education at home.
In addition, I want to remind you that when losing weight with a lot of weight, it is important to pay attention to your skin and help it tighten.
And in connection with the latest events in the country, I would like to ask - how do you plan to spend the week, which is declared a day off? Or maybe your employer has decided that you should work?
There are probably those who will spend time at home. And at home there is often a desire to eat something, and the hand reaches for something tasty.

I hope that we will win all misfortunes! So let's spend the suddenly appeared free time for the benefit of ourselves and our health. Proper nutrition and moderate exercise will certainly not harm, but will only benefit.
