Cupcakes on a cream tea. Delicate and delicious

Delicious, airy and incredibly soft and delicate cupcakes with sour cream. The recipe is very simple, the ingredients are few and all available. Be sure to cook - your family will be happy.

Ingredients for cupcakes:

sour cream - 3 tablespoons
flour - 150g
Eggs - 2 pcs
sugar - 100g
vegetable oil - 50 ml
baking powder - 1 tsp
vanilla to taste
* Raisins, nuts, dried fruit to taste (optional)

Egg whisk with sugar until uniform. Add the sour cream and vegetable oil, whisk on.

Then slowly add flour, mixed with disintegrant and vanilla and mix until uniform. The dough can be left in this, and you can optionally add raisins, nuts or small pieces of dried fruit.

To bake these cupcakes I use small silicone molds. We fill them with batter by 1/3 and put in preheated oven.

Cupcakes Bake at 180 degrees about 15 minutes. You can check the readiness with a toothpick or wooden skewer. Finished cupcakes can sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea, dear friends!
