I cook for the festive table all the time.
You can use ANY meat for this recipe! Today I cook from pork. But beef, turkey, and even chicken fillet are juicy and tasty! I highly recommend this recipe!
How to cook
I cut the meat into a thickness of about 1 centimeter.
I put it in a bowl, add spices (I have black pepper) and tomato paste. You can use some kind of tomato sauce.
I do not beat the meat and salt.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Then I salt the meat and put it on a baking sheet.
I use a silicone mat, but you can just grease a baking sheet and put it on it.
I mix mayonnaise, sour cream, granulated mustard and garlic.
I spread it on the meat. And cheese on top.
I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

• Pork (any meat is possible) - 1 kg
• Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
• Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
• French mustard - 1 tbsp.
