Dinner in 15 minutes! It's real! Very simple and very, very tasty! When too lazy to stand at the stove and wash away the spray, I fry the fish like that! This is an ideal option for a not troublesome, but tasty dish, due to its affordable price, you can cook every day. Perfect with any side dish.

Recipe:

Pollock or other fish -3-4 pcs. (1 kg)

Salt -1 tsp

Black pepper - to taste

Bulb -2-3pcs.

Vegetable oil -4-5 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

We take pollock, 3-4 pieces, depending on the size. We wash, cut off the fins, and cut into portions.

I have a fish weight of 1 kg. Add salt, 1 kg, add a level teaspoon of salt, add spices to taste, I add black pepper. We mix. Cut 2-3 onions in half rings.

We take a frying pan, I take such a pan, a brazier with a volume of 3 liters. Pour 4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, heat well and put the fish.

Now put the onion on top of the fish. Close the lid, make medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes, now open the lid, turn the fish over and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Now sprinkle with herbs and the delicious fish is ready. It seems so simple, but it turns out very tasty, the fish is tender and creamy in taste. Rice, mashed potatoes or vegetables can be served as a side dish.
