Good day and delicious weight loss to everyone!
There are already more than 65,000 of you!!! I look at the figure and I can't believe it.
I really hope that my experience helped at least a small part of you to defeat yourself first of all, to think about your health and only then to defeat your excess weight. In this sequence.
Without understanding yourself, the reasons for the enough disregard for yourself and your health - it is very difficult to put yourself in order.
I went through all this.
In May 2018, I decided that that's it, stop looking for new diets, stop starving and dream about food at night, stop bullying yourself.
I want to preserve and increase my health, I want a full life and lightness in my body and, at the same time, I do not want to suffer, starve and break down at the sight of food.
I chose the right diet and a small calorie deficit. And now, in almost two years, my result is a 60 kg mine.
Now I am slowly raising my daily calorie intake, preparing the body for the transition from a calorie deficit to its norm. I decided to do it gradually and very slowly.
No, I didn’t decide that it was enough for me to get slim. Those few kilograms that I still want to lose will probably go away during the period of increased calorie intake and the body's getting used to the norm. And if they do not have time or something goes wrong, then after resting from the deficit and letting the body get used to the new weight, I will again go to the deficit in order to lose the remaining kilograms.
In addition, a short break in weight loss will also be beneficial for the skin. I think that all those places where there are still some problems should be tightened.
These are my plans. But this process is long, I do not intend to rush. Moreover, it was not so easy to raise the calorie content. Sometimes you just do not want to eat more than you have already eaten, and cook a little more calories - you have to force yourself, your hand does not rise. But I'm doing it on the sly.
I'll tell you about my menu for today.
For breakfast, I have sandwiches on homemade whole grain rye bread (80g) with melted cheese (15g) and homemade turkey drumstick ham (95g). She ate sandwiches with green tea.
Breakfast - 380 kcal.
Yes, I ate 4 sandwiches and I am losing weight. And you eat much less and do not lose weight, we have heard all this a hundred times😂. Maybe you are doing something wrong?
After breakfast I immediately went to work at the computer.
My plans for today are to go to the store and check if buckwheat has appeared there. So I'm unlucky here. When I went to the store a few days ago, all the shelves were packed and I even wrote to you about it. And then, apparently, there was some kind of stuffing of information and rushed. Dare everyone.
And today I decided to go, buy essential products that have run out, and see what's left on the shelves.
While I was waiting for the stores to open, while the sellers were swinging and placing the goods, and after 10 o'clock in the nearest stores this happens - I worked.
What's going on in the store. Shelves with canned food and flour chock-full, even a share for some flour is. The bread carts are standing. Macaroni - full, milk, sausages - everything is there.
No chickens, no buckwheat. But. Sellers just unpack boxes in soap. In my presence they laid out frozen foods and eggs. Poor fellows simply do not have time to arrange everything. I think they will get to the chickens with buckwheat. There are food containers in boxes throughout the store. At the checkout I was told that there were no interruptions in delivery.
I hope the panic in people will subside soon.
But I bought gorgeous oranges. I haven't tasted these for a long time - delicious!
For percussion, a slice of cottage cheese casserole with peaches (140 g) and an orange (100 g).
Snack - 245 cal.
Yesterday I left this piece of casserole, but someone didn’t eat it, coveted for cutlets. Well, okay, I'll get more больше
I had a snack again at work.
I had boiled buckwheat and chicken breast baked in yogurt - I just had to warm it up and dinner was ready. Yes, I eat buckwheat, and do not stack it on the shelves in the closet🤷♂️.
Lunch - 150 g of boiled buckwheat, 120 g of chicken breast baked in sour milk under a cheese crust and 120 g of vegetables (cucumber, cherry tomatoes).
Lunch went out on 380 kcal.
An hour and a half after lunch, at work, I was terribly hungry for chocolate. After looking at my free calories, I decided that I could write in 20 g of chocolate with green tea - 110 kcal.
And for dinner - tomato-lentil soup with vegetables (350 g).
And with tea, she later ate a piece of apple curd roll (80 g), which she prepared for the family as an evening dessert for tea.
Dinner turned out to be 240 kcal.
Most of the PP dishes are great for families and don't need to be prepared separately. You can always adapt, if there is a desire.
In total, 1355 kcal were obtained in a day.
Drinking regimen, skin care and physical activity at home + walking - all this is in the piggy bank of success in losing weight.
