Jellied minced meat and potato pie will be an excellent option for lunch or dinner, both as an independent dish and as an addition to the first one. You will need the most common products and it will not be difficult to cook it. The dough is kneaded with mayonnaise and sour cream, as an option, the latter can be replaced with fatty kefir. You can sprinkle baked goods with cheese or sesame seeds, or you can do without it altogether.
Ingredients:
Sour cream 20% - ½ cup
Mayonnaise - 1 glass
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
Salt and spices to taste
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Minced meat - 350 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 20 ml
Butter - 5 g
Potatoes - 350 g
Hard cheese - 50 g
Step by step recipe:
Step 1 - Prepare products according to the list.
Step 2 - First we make the filling: finely chop the peeled onions.
Step 3 - Heat vegetable oil in a pan, make the heat medium. Stir occasionally, fry the onion, 4-5 minutes will be enough.
Step 4 - Then add the minced meat to it, stirring well so that there are no large lumps, and continue to fry.
Step 5 - After 5-6 minutes, remove the pan from heat, add seasonings to taste and salt a little.
Step 6 - Knead the dough: combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and eggs in a bowl, mix until smooth.
Step 7 - Add flour with baking powder, mix well again.
Step 8 - Peel the potatoes, rinse and dry with a napkin. Shred or chop thinly.
Step 9 - Cover the form with parchment, grease the bottom and sides with butter. I have a split mold with a diameter of 24 cm. Preheat the oven to 180 * C.
Step 10 - Put the dough into the mold, leave a little more than half.
Step 11 - We spread the potatoes, trying to make the potato circles fit tightly to each other.
Step 12 - Next, lay out the minced meat, level it.
Step 13 - Cover the filling with the remaining dough.
Step 14 - Three cheese on a medium grater, sprinkle on the pie.
Step 15 - Bake until golden brown for 35-40 minutes, guided by your oven.
Step 16 - The minced meat and potato jellied pie is ready. Let it cool slightly and serve.
