Potatoes baked in the oven with cheese is one of the most delicious dishes that can be served not only on an everyday table, but also on a festive one. Just imagine - ruddy potatoes and melted cheese are a gastronomic combination. Cooking a dish is incredibly simple, if you are just starting to master cooking, you will succeed in this recipe for sure. In the future, having already mastered the basic cooking technique, you can add your favorite foods to the ingredients - mushrooms, ham, meat, bacon or vegetables.

Serve baked potatoes to the table well with meat dishes, fish, you can also just do with homemade pickles or fresh vegetable salad. Well, if you are already interested, then let's get down to the process as soon as possible.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 400 g

Hard cheese - 200 g

Sour cream - 100 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Dry garlic - ½ tsp

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all products according to the list. Immediately turn on and preheat the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

2. Peel potato tubers and wash well, dry. If the potatoes are not large, cut into medium-thick slices. You can also grind it into cubes, cubes or even grate it.

3. Place half of the prepared potatoes in an oiled, high-sided mold. To add flavor and piquancy, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, dry garlic on top.

4. Grease the potato layer with half the prepared sour cream.

5. Grate all the cheese on a medium grater, then divide the cheese shavings in half. Spread one half on top of the sour cream. Cover the cheese layer with the remaining potatoes. Use spices as desired.

6. Brush again with sour cream and cover with the remaining cheese. Seal the form with foil. Bake the potatoes under the cheese for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes - until golden brown.

7. That's all - you can arrange the baked potatoes on plates and serve.
