The aroma of this dish is simply impossible to convey in words.

Potatoes, baked under a layer of onions, mushrooms and chicken, generously sprinkled with soft stretchy cheese will gather at the table the whole family. Be sure to try to cook!

Chicken legs with potatoes and mushrooms in the oven

Ingredients:

mushrooms - 300 g (my forest);
chicken legs - 3 pcs .;
potatoes - 8 pcs .;
Onions - 1 pc .;
durum cheese - 100 g;
salt, spices - to taste;
mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

To begin with clean and wash the mushrooms (300 g).
Then we place them in a pot, fill with water, bring water to a boil, add some salt and boil about 15 minutes.

After that, it is thrown back mushrooms in a colander.

Cut in two chicken legs.
Washed and spread on a paper towel to glass excess fluid. Clean the onion and cut it into half rings.
We place the chicken legs in a bowl and add the onion and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
Remove the meat in the refrigerator to marinate for 30-40 minutes.

Peel potatoes. Cut it into thin slices.
Spread the potatoes on the bottom of the refractory shape. Salt to taste and pouring 100 ml of water.

The next layer spread the mushrooms. Seasoned with spices as desired.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. We send dish baked in half an hour.

Rub on a coarse grater cheese.
