Fresh vegetables plus tender ham and cheese will make a delicious mix of different texture, color and aroma - this salad does not need to be added, replaces lunch, saturates, energizes the body and leaves no feeling gravity.

Ingredients:

Ham - 50 g

Hard cheese - 50 g

Cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs.

Cucumber - 1 pc.

Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.

Onions - 0.5 pcs.

Lollo Bionda salad - 50 g

Greens - 20 g

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Wine vinegar - 1 tsp l.

Salt, black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To make a ham, tomato and cheese salad at home, take the foods listed. For dressing, I propose to do with lean (you can use olive) oil, tonic with natural vinegar and base salts with hot pepper. Add mustard, minced garlic cloves, spicy thyme leaves, or other expressive vegetation if desired. It is easy to experiment with dressing sauce and find new gastronomic flavors - salads without mayonnaise are distinguished by their freshness and natural taste.

Step 2 - We pre-wash all vegetables, herbs, lettuce leaves, dry, then proceed to slicing. And here, feel free to take the initiative: the method of chopping also changes even a simple salad. First, chop the peeled onion (for appetizing sharpness and pungency), sweet pepper (be sure to remove the seeds and internal partitions) and cucumber.

Step 3 - First, cut the ham into slices of the same thickness, then into transverse bars, which we chop into cubes. Do not grind, pieces of tasty and tender meat should be clearly felt in our dish. For a delicate snack, choose ham, boiled or baked cold meat, and poultry. Smoked meats have a stronger aroma, which, recall, are not included in the category of healthy products.

Step 4 - Cut the hard cheese into smaller cubes and put in a bowl. Cut clean miniature tomatoes into quarters and send them next.

Step 5 - Tear lettuce and parsley leaves with our hands. Salt, pepper, pour in light wine vinegar (you can also dark, but it will color the salad) and vegetable oil, mix and immediately bring to the table.

Serve the multi-ingredient salad with ham, tomatoes and cheese immediately after dressing.
