I was lucky on Palm Sunday is already open season on nature.
Kebab love, I think, everything. And to us, losing weight, do not stay away, offer a proven retseptik marinade. Perhaps you also do, but suddenly someone come in handy).
I took the turkey breast, but perfect and chicken. Most importantly marinade!
Turkey breasts (approximately 350 g) cut into pieces of average size.
A pair of medium onions cut into large rings. In general, the greater the bow - the better, it is very tasty, if it is gently between pieces of meat to plant.
Mix turkey with sliced onion rings and add the juice of a large lemon quarters, salt and pepper to taste (Best to use freshly ground pepper from the "mill", add a pinch of cumin (pre-rubbed slightly fingers). There will be delicious!
And I use seasoning "for peppered steak" from Kotanyi. I like her scent, it includes: Black pepper, onion granulated, granulated garlic, coriander, rosemary, pink pepper, thyme, chili.
Mix well and cleaned in the refrigerator overnight.
I often marinate meat with lemon and even a couple of hours already possible to fry fragrant skewers.
The most important thing!!! If you marinate the meat with lemon, make sure not to hit the bone in meat and not put himself lemon. It will taste bitter! Only the lemon juice to survive!
