Hello friends. I have for you three simple recipe for frosting cakes and other confectionery products, which do not crumble or stick: the icing on the gelatin, starch and milk. They are all prepared very quickly and easily, choose the right products at its discretion.

INGREDIENTS
Sugar rafineries glaze:
3 g gelatin
30 g water
90 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Custard glaze:
5 g of corn starch
30 g water
90 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Milk glaze:
100g condensed milk
25 - 30 g of powdered sugar
25 - 30 g of milk powder

RAW SUGAR GLAZE gelatin

Stir the gelatin in the water and leave to swell for 15 minutes.

When gelatin is swollen, heat it in a microwave oven or a water bath.

Add to it 90 grams of powdered sugar, stir and immediately whisk, adding a teaspoon of lemon juice.

When the frosting was white and rose in volume - so it is ready.

If the glaze has become too thick, it can be heated in the microwave or in a water bath.

Custard icing on starches

The water add cornstarch.

These same 90 grams of powdered sugar.

Put on the plate and bring to the boil while stirring.

When the mixture boiled, and heating minimized.

Cool, add a teaspoon of lemon juice and whisk until thick.

This is more like the icing on the milk fondant.

milk glaze

In the condensed milk, add sugar and milk powder.

Mix well.

Stir with a spoon can be normal.

Adjust the density powdered sugar and powdered milk.

This frosting has a nice creamy color.
