#games Who doesn't love chops! A hearty, quick-to-cook dish that will surely appeal to all true meat connoisseurs is pork chops in a pan.
Ingredients: Pork meat (preferably tenderloin, I have a ham), tbsp Flour, Egg, tbsp Breadcrumbs (optional), tbsp Vegetable oil for frying, to taste Salt, pepper, Seasoning hops-suneli, Potato zrazy, cherry tomatoes, Greens taste
Cooking method:
Wash pork, pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat across the grain into slices no thicker than 1 cm. Cut off the pork slices.
Sprinkle meat with spices, salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour a little flour into the plates, beaten eggs with a fork and breadcrumbs. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up properly. Then roll the meat in flour, dip well in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs. Put the chops into a well-heated oil and fry over medium heat.
When a golden crust appears, the chops can be turned over. When a golden crust forms on both sides, you can remove from heat. You can serve these chops with vegetables or your favorite side dish. I have cherry tomatoes and potato zrazy with mushrooms and cheese. Bon appetit!
