Ingredients: chicken breast, medium orange, onion, paprika, marinade:, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, ground paprika, Pepper mix, Olive oil, Garnish, Potato, Dried garlic, dried herbs, crushed hemp seeds, salt, Olive oil butter
Cooking method:
Cut the breast into steaks and beat off with a rolling pin or a non-corrugated hammer.
Marinade: Mix spices, soy sauce, garlic and olive oil. Rub it well into the meat and leave for an hour.
Cut onion, paprika and orange into rings. From an orange, pre-cut the skin with a white membrane.
Grease the mold with oil. Put the breast on the bottom, onion rings, paprika on the breast and orange slices on top.
Rinse the potatoes well and cut into medium pieces (so that they are baked at the same time as the meat)
Dry thoroughly with a paper towel and rub with herbs and salt.
Pour into a mold and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake everything for about 30 minutes, temperature 180 gr.
