Today I will tell you about a very simple and very budget version of a summer dessert made from ordinary sour cream. When preparing it, you do not need to stand at the stove for a long time, it is enough to spend all a few minutes. The list of ingredients is very small, here the quality of the product plays the main role, on which the final result depends.
To make dessert, I need 350 ml of sour cream where I add one tablespoon of sugar, its amount depends on how many sweet or sour berries are available. Today I have red currants and very sweet raspberries, so I only add one tablespoon of sugar.
Beforehand I soak the beef gelatin, it generally takes a few seconds and leave it to swell.
Next, before cooking the dessert, I heat the gelatin in the microwave, but do not bring it to a boil, stir it every 30 seconds and check the temperature. I send hot gelatin into a bowl of sour cream, pouring it through a sieve. I add sugar and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
I pour the resulting mass into silicone muffin tins, put them in each berry, put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and go to do my own thing.
Before serving, I take out the jelly from the molds, decorate with berries and pour over with chocolate. The result is a very delicate, moderately sweet milk jelly, on the preparation of which you need to spend just a few minutes just stir all the ingredients and send them to the refrigerator.
