Today I want to share with you my favorite version of the most delicate and delicious curd casserole without flour and semolina. I found this recipe a long time ago on the Internet, and since then it has become my favorite. If you accidentally find cottage cheese in the refrigerator that you don't know where to put it, be sure to prepare such a casserole, it is in no way inferior to newfangled cheesecakes, even without a gingerbread base.

Ingredients:

Curd 0% - 600 g

Chicken egg - 4 pcs.

Sour cream - 5 tablespoons

Sugar - 150 g

Powder pudding - 1 sachet

Vanillin - 10 g

Butter - 1 tsp

Preparation:

1. We will prepare all the necessary products. I always take low-fat cottage cheese, sour cream - with a low percentage of fat. It is desirable that all products are at room temperature, so it is easier and easier to work with them.

2. Everything is very simple. First, separate the three yolks from the whites. One whole chicken egg and yolks, low-fat sour cream and cottage cheese, as well as vanillin - put all this in a blender bowl.

3. At low speeds, we punch until a homogeneous pasty state. If necessary, we help and mix the mass with a spoon or fork. The curd-sour cream mixture should turn out to be a very delicate consistency, almost velvety, and it will already be very tasty.

4. In a convenient deep large bowl, beat the sugar and proteins with a whisk or blender into a lush, glossy homogeneous mass.

5. Add the whole curd mass and a bag of vanilla pudding to the whipped proteins with sugar.

6. Gently mix with a whisk or spoon until smooth.

7. Thoroughly grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter, pour the curd mass into it.

8. We insert the container into the multicooker, turn on the “Baking” mode for 1 hour (power - 850 W). After a while, turn on the "Heating" mode and leave the curd casserole for another 1 hour.

9. After the specified time, turn off the multicooker, take out the bowl, let the dish cool completely.

Cut the cooled cottage cheese casserole into portions, pour caramel, chocolate or fruit syrup and enjoy an incredibly tasty, delicate and healthy dessert. And don't forget about freshly brewed coffee or tea.
