They gave me rabbit and chicken carcasses, and a set for jellied meat. Only one thing was removed into the freezer, as it turned out later - chicken (large, homemade, it will take a long time to cook). I soaked the set and cooked aspic the next day. In the meantime, the essence and the matter, began to butcher the carcass. "Weird chicken", I think. The legs are not the same, there is a lot of fat and is located somehow differently than that of a chicken. And the ribs look massive. I remembered that they hinted to me about the rabbit! Yes, it got out of my head. She cut off fat and meat, and put the bones with the rest of the meat to boil, then stewed them in rabbit fat with carrots and onions and made them in sour cream and tomato sauce with garlic. There was just no time to take pictures. Yesterday I turned the frozen pieces of rabbit meat cut into strips through a meat grinder with a large grill, and today I tried to cook it. It turned out delicious. The recipe had minced chicken, so I took 125 g of chicken and the same amount of minced rabbit (it was rolled with onions). Trying which tastes better. It turned out 4 balls from each type of minced meat. Tasty, but the rabbit is fat. #recipe of the day

Ingredients: minced rabbit or chicken, peeled potatoes, egg, butter, sour cream, water, herbs, cheese, salt, pepper

Cooking method:

Add salt and pepper to the mince to taste. Mix and form into walnut sized balls. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, add salt, pepper, egg, mix. Grease the form with butter.

Put some potatoes on your palm, minced meatball on it, more potatoes on top. Form a bun by squeezing it lightly with your hands. Liquid will come out. I put the potatoes on a sieve and made koloboks over it.

Put the finished koloboks into a deep frying pan. It turned out 8 pieces. In a bowl, put sour cream, herbs (I have Italian), grated cheese on a fine grater and mix everything with water. Pour over the koloboks so that some of the cheese settles on them. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. After 30 minutes I added some water. When serving, serve sour cream, sprinkle with herbs.
