Ingredients: pollock, onions, large carrots, sour cream 10%, butter, flour, vegetable oil. oils, salt, pepper, sugar
Cooking method:
Prepare the fish: clean, gut, cut off the fins. You can immediately salt and pepper the fish.
We send the chopped onion to a pan with heated vegetable oil, fry, and you can even stew it a little.
Then add carrots, fry until almost cooked, add flour, mix well.
We introduce sour cream and, stirring constantly, pour in water. Choose the thickness of the sauce yourself, and adjust the amount of water accordingly. Add butter.
Stew the sauce for a couple of minutes, season with salt, pepper, a little sugar for balance, you can add your favorite spices to the fish. Now we run the pieces of fish into the sauce.
