Pp rolls with minced chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients: Minced chicken, Frozen champignons, Pumpkin, Onion, Garlic, Salt, pepper, seasonings, CO eggs, Water, Vegetable oil for greasing the pan and mold, Sour cream, Cheese at will

Cooking method:

In the ingredients, I gave the weight of frozen mushrooms. You can, of course, take fresh champignons, but the weight will already be different.

Cut the onion and pumpkin into small cubes. Defrost mushrooms and chop not very finely. Crush the garlic with a press.

Mix minced meat with pumpkin, mushrooms, onions, garlic. Salt. Add your favorite seasonings.

Mix the eggs with a fork with water and a pinch of salt.

Fry 7 pancakes in turn from this egg mash in a well-heated, oiled pan.

Spread 1-2 tbsp of filling on each pancake and roll them into rolls. You can optionally sprinkle grated cheese on the filling. Fold the rolls into a greased form.

Lubricate the top row of rolls with sour cream using a silicone brush.

Top with grated cheese.

Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180⁰C for 40-50 minutes. BON APPETIT.
