Crispy bananas in batter and honey caramel

Ingredients: eggs, flour, bananas, breadcrumbs, vegetable oil, honey, butter, cinnamon

Cooking method:

Beat the eggs, mix with flour to make a medium-thick batter.

We cut each banana into 4 parts, and then each part in half. The result is 16 banana pieces.

First, dip the banana in the batter, and then in the breadcrumbs. *If there are no crackers, then you can skip this step. But thanks to the crackers, a crispy crust appears.

Dip the bananas in boiling vegetable oil and fry them on both sides until golden brown.

Place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Now let's prepare the honey caramel. Bring butter, honey and cinnamon to a boil.

Pour battered bananas on top. Serve hot or cold. *If you are using ripe bananas, you can skip making caramel.
