Cooking method:

Beat cottage cheese with a blender until smooth. In a saucepan, combine soft butter, cottage cheese, egg, sugar and orange zest.

Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon. Knead soft dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

1-2 oranges cut into thin circles, about 5 mm thick. We put it in a small saucepan, add sugar, add a little water and bring to a boil over low heat, turning the orange slices over. Let it simmer for 5 minutes to lightly caramelize the slices.

We make cakes from the dough, 7-9 mm thick and with a diameter close to the diameter of orange slices. Lay out the cakes on a baking sheet. Put an orange slice on top and press down well over the entire area. We send to bake in preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Try not to overexpose the cookies, they should be soft!

Let the cookies cool down. Melt chocolate in water. Dip one half of the urine into the chocolate. You can also apply chocolate with a silicone spatula.
