If you do not have an oven available, and you really want to enjoy a fragrant pizza, then cook it on frying pan - it will turn out delicious even for a schoolchild and, at the same time, the base of the dough will be completely baked, there will be no raw. The choice of fillings is yours - buy products for them according to your taste: smoked or milk sausage, prosciutto or bacon, seafood or cheese. The main thing is that you and your family like the prepared dish.

To make the dough more fluffy and tasty, do not forget to give it a “rest” time - about 20 minutes. Gluten is activated in it, after which the dough does not break when rolling, it becomes plastic and pliable. From sauces, you can use ketchup, mayonnaise, tomato paste and sour cream, etc.

Ingredients:

Kefir - 120 ml

Wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp.

Salt and pepper to taste

Tomato - 2 pcs.

Hard cheese - 150 g

Smoked sausages - 5-6 pcs.

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Ketchup - 3 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Taste kefir, it is advisable to use a non-acidic dairy product of any fat content. Pour it into a deep container, add salt, a pinch of ground black pepper and sift the premium wheat flour there. If desired, you can add 0.5 tsp. baking soda or baking powder, a couple of pinches of dried Italian herbs or thyme, rosemary, especially if you're making tomato pizza. Leave some flour to roll out the dough.

2. Knead a firm dough and let it rest for 20 minutes, covered with cling film or plastic bag. It is best to put it out in the cold or move it to the refrigerator.

3. At this time, grate hard cheese of any low-melting variety and smoked sausages on a fine-mesh grater into a deep container. You can also use a coarse grater, but not dice! Place some of the grated cheese in a bowl and gently stir both masses together.

4. Grease a wide frying pan with high sides with vegetable oil. Roll out the rested dough into a rounded layer and place on the oiled surface. Trim the edges slightly if the layer is not too flat.

5. Brush it with ketchup or any sauce of your choice using a cooking brush.

6. Spread the cheese and sausage shavings evenly on the base with the sauce.

7. Rinse the tomatoes under running water, cut green cuttings from them and cut into half rings. Place them on top of the blank. Turn on the minimum heat on the stove and place the pan on it, covered with a lid. Simmer for about 12-15 minutes - the cooking time directly depends on the power of the burners on your stove.

8. Then open the lid, sprinkle the remaining cheese mass on top of the pizza and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Check readiness by slightly lifting it with a wide spatula - the dough should be well fried from below.

Decorate the finished pizza with fresh herbs, remove from the pan to a platter and serve hot.
