Pizza with ham and mushrooms

One of the most delicious, satisfying and popular pizza options is with ham and mushrooms. If you knead the yeast dough in advance, then the entire cooking time will take no more than half an hour. Knowing that the guests are on the doorstep, it is very convenient: they quickly rolled out the cake, collected the semi-finished product and into the oven.

Ingredients:

Pizza dough - 300 g

Ham - 150 g

Mushrooms (champignons) - 50 g

Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp l.

Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp l.

Cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs.

Hard cheese - 150 g

Rosemary - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To bake a ham and mushroom pizza at home, take the foods on the list. If you do not have a successful recipe for the base in your cookbook, try the yeast dough option for kefir for pizza - a soft cake has a porous structure and a pleasant taste, and is also combined with a variety of stuffing.

Step 2 - After kneading and a short "rest", stretch the dough with your hands, which is very easy to do, or roll it out with a rolling pin. The shape of the base can be either traditional round (up to 45 cm in diameter) or oval, rectangular in size for a baking sheet, not elongated correctly. Lightly grease the palms with oil or sprinkle with flour, then the dough will not stick and without resistance will acquire the desired configuration. Raise the low side along the edge. We cover the flour base-tortilla with a delicious sauce with tomatoes and spices, and also, if desired, to soften the fat content - mixed with mayonnaise.

Step 3 - Cut the ham into cubes of approximately the same size. Scatter more or less evenly over the entire surface of the cake. In addition to cubes, ham is cut into slices, bars - it's free.

Step 4 - Distribute the mushrooms on the meat layer. Before washing the mushrooms, dry them, chop the large ones (leave the small ones intact). We cover without strict rules, but with some uniformity, so that the mushroom pieces will go to all eaters.

Step 5 - Right above the semi-finished product, there are three melted cheese bars. The tastier it is, the better the pizza itself. Two or more types of cheese are often mixed. We fill up the entire perimeter.

Step 6 - Put half a cherry in a space free from mushrooms (cut large tomatoes into slices or circles). We send the pizza blank into an oven preheated to the maximum, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Before serving, decorate the ruddy pizza with ham and mushrooms with rosemary needles or other aromatic herbs.
