Meatballs are one of the most delicious dishes. They can be cooked in large quantities, frozen and used as needed. Always prepare homemade semi-finished products of different sizes: small for soup, large for main courses.

Cooking minced chicken meatballs is very simple and quick, you just need to chop and twist portioned balls, roll in flour and fry - and how delicious it turns out! Plus, you can always add sour cream, creamy or tomato sauce to them. You can serve meatballs to the table with potato dishes, cereals, pasta, etc.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.

Dill - 3 branches

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Choose fresh chicken fillet, not frozen.

2. Rinse the meat under cool water and dry. Cut into small pieces.

3. Prepare the blender bowl, transfer the chicken to it. Peel the onions and garlic cloves immediately. Chop the onion into small cubes and the garlic into slices or cubes. Add vegetables to the fillet.

4. Grind all food in the bowl at high speed until minced.

5. Transfer the minced meat to any deep bowl. Add salt and ground black pepper. Rinse and dry the dill, chop finely and also add to a bowl.

6. Add one medium-sized chicken egg.

7. Mix the minced meat thoroughly, beat it several times in the process so that it becomes more plastic, and then it was easy to work with it.

8. Form small round blanks from the prepared minced chicken, roll them in flour on all sides.

9. Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown. If desired, you can add sauce to the pan and simmer the meat balls for 10-15 minutes.

10. That's all, ruddy delicious minced chicken meatballs are ready.

11. Can be served immediately.
