If you like sandwiches, they don't have to be made with sausage or fatty meat, you can make a very decent, tasty and healthy option - with tuna. In terms of nutritional value, it is not inferior to the sandwiches you are accustomed to, but the benefits from it will be much greater. It is best to buy tuna in its own juice, because if it is in oil, then these sandwiches can turn out to be greasy. This is a great snack, because you can take them with you for a walk or a picnic.
Ingredients:
Tuna in its own juice - 125 g
Tomato - 40 g
Pickled cucumber - 30 g
Leaf salad - 30 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sweet onions - 20 g
Rye bread - 4 slices
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Sea salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. To make healthy tuna and egg sandwiches, prepare the foods listed. Fresh vegetables and lettuce must be washed and dried. Open a can of tuna in its own juice, drain the liquid.
2. To make such sandwiches tastier, it is better to dry rye bread slightly, until the outside is crispy. To do this, preheat a grill or regular pan, put the bread on a dry surface and fry it for a few minutes on both sides. Place the croutons on a wooden board and let cool.
3. Place a few crispy leaves of fresh lettuce on each toasted slice of bread. By the way, you can put some sweet salad onions under it.
4. Cut the juicy tomato into thin slices, put them on top. By the way, you can put some sweet salad onions under them.
5. Put chopped tuna on top of the tomato slices, so it will become juicier.
6. Now let's add some flavor to the fresh fish - put a couple of thin slices of pickled cucumber.
7. Top with thinly sliced ββslices of boiled chicken egg.
8. And, like all sandwiches, we cover this structure with another piece of toasted rye bread.
9. To keep their shape well, it is better to hold them together with a bamboo or wooden skewer. Serve canned tuna and egg sandwiches with a cup of coffee, tea, or orange juice.
