Cooking method:
Grind the cookies into crumbs. Combine with melted butter until smooth. Put the mold in the slot (cover the sides of the mold with acetate foil), compact the sand layer tightly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pour gelatin (20 g) with water (100 g) and leave to swell, following the instructions on the package. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar. Mix all ingredients with a blender. After the gelatin has swollen, pour into the curd mass. Spread out the second layer, level and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Prepare orange jelly according to the instructions, only take about 1/3 less water. Peel the tangerines, free them from films and seeds. Remove the frozen mixture from the refrigerator, put the tangerine slices and pour over the jelly. Refrigerate overnight. The cheesecake is ready! Bon Appetit!
