A chic way of cooking meat, it turns out just an enchanting explosion of taste buds. The basis of the recipe is pork. Add to it a number of vegetables, teriyaki sauce, tomato paste, garlic - believe me, it will come out just amazing.
Thai meat goes well with any side dish, especially rice. Cold pork with vegetables can be wrapped in pita bread for a gorgeous snack.
Preparing such a dish can be simple and quick. You can vary the spices, add a number of bright spices from yourself - in a word, it all depends on your taste.
Step by step recipe:
Peel the carrots, wash, dry. Cut the root vegetable into slices, then trim them into long thin strips.
Peel sweet peppers, rinse and dry. Cut into thin strips.
Peel the onion. Cut into thin half rings. Peel the chives.
Rinse the pork, dry it. Cut into strips along the grain.
Heat avocado oil in a skillet. Add meat and vegetables. Fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the tomato paste, teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper and press-skipped garlic. Stir everything. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
In parallel, make a side dish that your family loves.
Take a sample from the finished dish, adjust the taste.
Serve meat with vegetables in Thai style with garnish.
