I cook simple, amazing recipe for the famous Italian pastries. Christmas cake or cake Panforte, or rather one of its varieties.

I take 100 grams of walnuts, cashews and unsalted peanuts. Everything has been browned.

I also take 100 grams of raisins and 50 grams of dried apricots and prunes. Prunes I already soft, I had hot water will not flood, but the raisins and dried apricots flooded. For 10 minutes, they are soft.

Aromas completely passed! Completely cooled cake and removed from the mold.

I melted a little bit of chocolate in the microwave, add a small piece of butter and a few tablespoons of milk. I am watering chocolate cake and decorate the top with finely chopped nuts.

Slice the cake into pieces and serve!
