Despite the fact that oatmeal is a fairly simple dish to create, it is still necessary to show culinary talent and resourcefulness. It is permissible to cook it in water, but on the basis of milk it will come out much more nutritious and healthier. Also, milk will give the porridge a tempting aroma and pronounced taste. The cooking time of the dish depends on the size of the grind and the type of flakes.

Ingredients:
Oatmeal - 100 gr.
Milk - 250 ml.
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 30 gr.
Additives (optional):
Walnuts - 20 gr.
Poppy - 10 gr.
White sesame seeds - 10 gr.
Flax seeds - 10 gr.
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Place a stewpan with a thick bottom on the stove, pour the required amount of milk inside. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, staying close to the stove to keep it from boiling over.
After that, immediately reduce the heat, and start stirring the milk continuously so that a film does not form on the surface. Pour oatmeal into milk in small portions, also stirring constantly.
Cook the oatmeal for 3 to 7 minutes. The exact cooking period depends on its type and quality. The proposed recipe uses finely ground flakes, so it was enough to boil them in just 3 minutes.
Stir them regularly during swelling, as if separating the mass from the bottom of the container so that it does not burn. The heating should be small so that the porridge does not boil, but languishes.
Then set the saucepan with the contents aside without removing the lid.
Insist porridge for 5 minutes. At the same time, sweeten it with granulated sugar, literally throw in a pinch of salt, mix.
At the same time, add poppy seeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds in the indicated quantities. Stir the dish thoroughly.
Crush the nuts into medium-sized kernels, throw in porridge.
Finally, place a piece of butter in the oatmeal and distribute with stirring. Let the porridge sit for another 5 minutes along with the additives to soften the nuts and other ingredients.
Put the cooked oatmeal in milk before serving on portioned plates.
