One of my favorite recipes for cooking fish. Resist such a yummy, no one can. Taste turns sweet, creamy, fish is always juicy. Highly recommend this recipe - you will not regret!

Ingredients:

fish
sour cream
bulb onions
eggs
cheese
flour
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
herbs (optional)

According to this recipe, you can cook any fish. Especially tasty obtained pollack, hake and mackerel and salmon. By the way, on their own mackerel and salmon dryish, but in this recipe they are obtained juicy and tender, so try. Fish, we need 1 kg.

Clean, disemboweled, cut into small pieces. Shinkuem semicircles onions and lightly fry it until golden on vegetable oil. 1-2 onions will be enough.

Now mix 100-150 grams of flour with salt and spices. I only use the spices of black pepper. Each piece boned fish meal and spread in a baking dish (bottom oiled). Above and put between the pieces of fish fried onions.

Prepare the sauce. Mix 200 g of cream, some salt and pepper to taste, 1-2 tablespoons of mustard, 80 g of grated cheese. If you want, add some chopped greens.

Get sauce pour the fish, you can add on top of bay leaf and send in a preheated oven. Fish Bake at 200 c for 30-40 minutes. Serve with any side dish. Bon appetit, my friends!
