Never throw your egg shells into the trash bin! We will find its use!

Eggshell is a valuable product for our body, which many do not know about.

It is the best natural source of calcium. In addition, the shell contains about 30 more useful minerals.

We will get calcium from the shell and we will take it correctly so that it is absorbed by our body. For this you need to get calcium citrate. This calcium is similar in properties to calcium obtained from corals. And as you know, this is the best calcium for our body.

For cooking you will need:

Eggshell
Apple cider vinegar + water (20 to 80 ratio)
Lemon

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

1. Wash raw eggs well with laundry soap. Then we use the eggs for their intended purpose (make an omelet, etc.), and collect the shells. We remove the white film inside. And we collect the right amount of eggshells.

Once collected, we lower the shell in a solution of water and vinegar (I had an apple cider) in a ratio of 20 to 80 and leave it for 20-30 minutes, so we will kill the bacteria that are on the shell.

2. We dry for about 5 hours just on the table on a towel.

3. It is necessary to grind the shell into powder. I did it in a coffee grinder, but you can just do it in a mortar and in a food processor. As it is convenient for anyone, but it is necessary to grind it into powder so that there are no large particles!

Here is such an egg shell powder I got:

I take calcium from the shell for prevention like this:

1/4 tsp I quench with freshly squeezed lemon juice (a small slice of lemon) and then seize with this slice. Lemon reacts with calcium and we get calcium citrate. It is imperative to quench with lemon juice, otherwise calcium will not be absorbed.

I take calcium 1 time per day with meals for 10-15 days. Then a break for 3 months and repeat again.

You can store dry calcium in a jar with a tightly closed lid in a dark place for up to 4 months.
