Potato casserole with minced meat and mushrooms is one of the options for preparing an excellent lunch / dinner for the whole family as quickly and easily as possible. You can cook such a dish with different types of meat, it turns out to be juicier and more satisfying with pork. You can use any mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, champignons, any forest mushrooms are suitable here. A little cream will add a creamy flavor to the casserole. To be sure of the final result, it is better to make minced meat yourself, any type of pork is suitable - neck, shoulder blade or tenderloin.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 400 g

Minced meat - 300 g

Champignons - 200 g

Onions - 1 pc.

Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

Hard cheese - 80 g

Cream - 100 ml

Salt, pepper - to taste

Paprika, dry garlic, curry - optional

Prepare all products according to the list. Turn on the oven immediately, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Peel potatoes, wash, dry. Cut the tubers into plates. You can also cut potatoes using a slicer or grater.

Place the slices in a mold greased with vegetable oil. Shake with salt, spices at your discretion.
