Soup can be prepared with or without cereals, use different types of meat products. Eggs can also be used in different forms, for example, boil them in advance, cut them, throw them into a dish, or crack a raw egg mixture and pour into a boiling broth. The look and taste of the soup will be different in two cases.

As for the nettle, only young leaves are suitable here. They should be doused with boiling water, this will relieve them of the inherent stinginess of the plant.
