Charlotte with apples in a slow cooker

Admin

It is not at all difficult to prepare charlotte with apples in a slow cooker. You can invite your relatives to this exciting culinary process - children especially love to help in creating delicious sweet pastries. The difference between charlotte in a multicooker and one that was baked in the oven is that it tastes more delicate, juicy and light, while baked in a conventional oven gets a golden brown crust and tastes a little dry.

Apples are used of any kind. The only thing, when adding sour-tasting fruits, you need to add a little more sugar and vice versa. Since today such fruits are completely treated with paraffin, it is better to cut the peel from them and add only the chopped pulp to the dough. Don't forget about ground cinnamon - it will accentuate the apple flavor. It can be added to the dough or sprinkled on the finished cake after baking.

Ingredients:

Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.

Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.

Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Salt - 2 pinches

Apples - 2 pcs.

Vegetable oil for mold lubrication

Drive the chicken eggs into a deep container (a bowl or salad bowl with high sides, a bowl of a food processor). Add granulated sugar and salt. Add a couple of pinches of ground cinnamon or vanilla sugar if desired. Whisk the entire contents of the container for 3-4 minutes into an airy foam on high speed using a food processor or mixer.

Peel the apples and rinse them in water. Cut the pulp from the fruit into small slices. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil.

Step 4 of 7

Pour the sifted premium wheat flour into the beaten eggs. Stir in with a silicone spatula or at the lowest possible speed.

Do not use a high speed as the biscuit dough may be left without air bubbles from the whipping process. They are essential for making fluffy, porous baked goods.

Step 5 of 7
Step 5 of 7

Pour the dough into a multicooker bowl. Spread the apple slices over it immediately, making sure to spread them evenly. You do not need to pour the dough on top - during the baking process it will increase in size and envelop the entire filling. Activate the "Baking" mode on the scoreboard for 50 minutes.

After the beep, carefully open the lid and check that the cake is cooked with a wooden skewer. Then close the multicooker, turn it off and let the baked goods steame for about 10-15 minutes so that they do not shrink when removed.

Step 7 of 7

Remove the apple charlotte from the multicooker and serve warm, cut into portions. You do not need to sprinkle with powdered sugar, as it will be absorbed into the cake, because it turned out to be juicy and moist.
