Ingredients
- 400 gr. Minced lean beef (I have rump)
- 120 g Onions (small 2 pcs.)
- 1 pc Chicken egg
- 10 gr. Parsley (to taste)
- 150 gr. Potatoes (2pcs. medium)
- 100 g Carrots (1pc. small)
- 5 g Dill
- 2 bay leaves (to taste)
- 5 g Salt (to taste)
- 2 gr. Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1.5 liters Water boiled water (twice)
How to cook
Take a suitable saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of water and place on the hotplate.
In the meantime, the water boils, you need to make meatballs. Onions 1 pc. grate on a fine grater.
Beat an egg a little in a separate container, add finely chopped parsley to it.
Combine grated onion, egg with herbs and 400 gr. ground beef.
Salt and pepper, knead everything thoroughly, you can beat off a little.
Form small balls, 3-4 cm from the resulting mixture. in diameter.
Dip the meatballs in boiling water.
After boiling again, cook them for 2-3 minutes, then drain all the broth.
This is necessary in order to remove all the formed scale and our future soup turned out to be light and transparent.
Then fill the meatballs again with the previously prepared 1.5 liters of boiling water.
Add lavrushka, salt and pepper. We continue to cook everything for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the second onion.
Prepare 1 x 1cm cut into small pieces. diced potatoes.
After the elapsed time, add our vegetables and cook for about 15 minutes more. Turning off our soup.
We close the pan with a lid and let it brew for 15 minutes.
Pour into plates and sprinkle with finely chopped dill to taste. All!!!
